PRICING

In the event of any goods being offered for sale at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to withdraw the items from sale, at any point prior to shipping. We will contact you if such a situation arises. We will also contact you should additional postages charges apply for any order.

Please note that we may not be able to beat quotes from auction websites such as Ebay due to the fluctuating nature of prices on these websites.

PRODUCT WARRANTIES

Goods for sale on www.direct-golf.co.uk are new and supplied with the manufacturer's or our own full warranty unless otherwise stated.

DELIVERY

Golf Clearance offer a fast home delivery service. Usually products are despatched 24 hours from receipt of order, subject to stock. All goods are fully insured in transit.

ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF ORDER

• We will acknowledge all orders by e-mail, or by telephone where an e-mail address is not available or if there are any queries with the order.
   
• You must ensure that you type your e-mail address correctly, as the order confirmation e-mail is sent automatically and won't get to you if you make a spelling mistake.

ORDER ACCEPTANCE

• Your order is not accepted until your payment is processed and we have received the e-mail confirmation of payment from Paypal.
     
• Any e-mail, on-screen receipt or other acknowledgement of your order is merely to report that your request has been received and does not in any way denote acceptance of your order regardless of any wording on the e-mail or the receipt.
   
• Golf Clearance reserves the right, at any time prior to acceptance, to refuse any order or any part of an order, or to require further or better information to enable it to evaluate and/or process the order.
   
• Extra or Free items are subject to availablity, e.g. Headcovers.
   
• All goods remain the property of Golf Clearance until paid for in full and will not be dispatched until this payment has been made and cleared funds held.

ORDER CANCELLATION

• You have the right to cancel your order within 7 working days, beginning on the day after you receive your goods.
   
• If the goods have already been despatched they must be returned to us in an unused condition.
   
• Collection of goods can be arranged although this will be at your expense

• Please note that cancellation of custom fit or logo orders may be subject to a cancellation and/or restocking fee. This fee will depend on the size of the order and will be quoted should you wish to cancel the order

COMPLAINTS

• In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about our site or service, please e-mail us at complaints@golf-clearance.comand we will attempt to remedy the situation.
   
• We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five days and resolve them within a further seven days.
